Terms and Conditions

Your annual subscription entitles you to:

• The monthly issue of Cash & Payment News™, viewable online*
• Access to articles online, supported by our AI search assistant, Verity
• Bi-weekly updates via email
• Access to the CurrencyCheck database
• Periodic tender alerts
• Discounts on related publications and events

* The number of users permitted to access Cash & Payment News™ online simultaneously depends on the subscription level. PDF downloads of the monthly issue are available to Enterprise and Charter subscribers only.

Printed copies are available for an additional annual charge covering print and postage. Other costs incurred at the subscriber's request, including notarisation, special delivery or bank charges, will be charged separately.

If a printed issue is not received, please contact [email protected] and we will arrange a replacement where practicable. Print and postage charges will only be refunded where local conditions prevent delivery.

Online services and features, including Verity and CurrencyCheck, may be updated or temporarily unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability but will use reasonable endeavours to restore access following any interruptions.

Payment

Subscriptions are exempt from VAT. Payment is due on issue of the invoice and subscription access will not be activated until payment has been received. Payment can be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer. All payments are in UK pounds sterling unless otherwise agreed.

Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions do not renew automatically. A renewal reminder and invoice will be issued in advance of the expiry date. If renewal payment has not been received by the expiry date, the subscription and associated access will terminate.

Annual subscriptions may be cancelled during the first three months of the subscription period, with a pro-rata refund for the unused portion. No refunds will be issued after the first three months. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected].

Access, Use and Copyright

Access to Cash & Payment News™ is limited in accordance with the applicable subscription level. Login credentials must not be shared or used to provide access beyond the number of users permitted by the subscription.

Under the terms of the subscription, you must not:

• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the content in any form to third parties
• Incorporate the content into any product or service that is offered to third parties on a subscription or fee-paying basis
• Reproduce the content, or substantial portions of it, in any public-facing publication, whether print, digital or broadcast, without Currency Publication's prior consent
• Remove, obscure or alter any copyright notice, source attribution, or other proprietary marking within the content
• Share login credentials, or permit access by any person other than the authorised user(s)
• Use the content in any manner that is misleading or that infringes the rights of Currency Publications Ltd or any third party.

Unless otherwise indicated, Cash & Payment News™ and its contents are the property of Currency Publications Ltd.
