The aim is to provide useful, practical information on what is being done today and how to move higher up the disposal hierarchy. Knowing what is possible and where to start can feel difficult and this is to help attendees consider new options.
A second seminar will be held on 26 April where speakers who have been exploring more innovative approaches will present – Blend Paper, Oberthur, BioBanknote and Landqart.
Currency Research are holding their Digital Currency Conference 17-19 May in Mexico City. As part of that event, awards will be made in five categories:
Outstanding Advancement of Digital Currency
Best Innovation in Digital Currency
Best Financial Inclusion Initiative in Digital Currency
Best Sustainability Initiative in Digital Currency
Digital Currency Leader of the Year.
There will also be an ‘Innovation Showcase’ which is open to all organisations with a digital currency-related solution, including fintech start-ups and commercial bank innovation hubs. The format of the Innovation Showcase is a series of rapid-fire demonstrations by ten chosen participants of their solutions to the audience prior to the conference’s welcome reception on 17 May.
